Thousands of Ukrainians run to commemorate those killed in the war
Around 2,000 Ukrainians run a one-kilometer race in Kyiv, dedicating their run by wearing bibs with names of loved ones affected by Russia's ongoing war in Ukraine. Tears flowed among cheering crowds at the finish line, where joy and sorrow intertwined in a display of resilience amid the ongoing conflict, termed by organizers as the ‘World’s Longest Marathon’ symbolizing Ukraine's enduring fight for freedom.
