The Attorney General says a bill to provide "for the authorisation, monitoring and conduct of controlled sting operations" by law enforcement will be brought for debate in this session of Parliament.
The AG made the announcement during the Senate's Budget debate today, as an Independent Senator called for comprehensive police reform.
The Independent Senator said THERnot only a few bad apples but "mass bad apples" in the TTPS as he thanked the good police officers for their dedication to duty.
