A member of parliament and 16 others are lucky to be alive tonight after the light plane they were flying in lost power over a lake on the Bellarine Peninsula south-west of Melbourne. Forced to make an emergency landing shortly after take-off, just north of Barwon Heads airport, the skydivers on board cannot believe they have lived to tell tale.
