The Ministry of Social Development has been hit with another scam, this one described as "sophisticated" by ministry officials.
The fraudsters according to this three week investigation by Senior Multimedia Investigative Journalist Mark Bassant were so confident and bold in cashing these cheques without detection that they used their real names.
but their fraudulent plan would later be unmasked.
