Transport for Wales are set to receive a roughly 50% budget increase after falling ticket sales. The Senedd-owned company will get £125 million more this year than last, with more people working from home being blamed for the drop in ticket sales, and will now get a roughly £330 million pounds budget from the Senedd.

A woman died as a result of choking at a marshmallow eating contest at a local rugby club, an inquest has heard. 37 year old Natalie Buss died shortly after taking part in the fundraising competition, which involved putting as many marshmallows into her mouth as possible, according to the coroner.

A summit has been held in Wales to discuss what can be done to help tackle dangerous dogs across the country. The talks come after a spate of attacks on people in Wales by dangerous dogs, including a number of children. The Welsh government does not have the power to intact laws on the issue, and would rely on the UK government.
