A complaint has been lodged with Queensland's human rights watchdog over the treatment of a man with an intellectual disability being held at the forensic disability service in Brisbane. ‘Adrian’ has spent more than a decade at the facility mostly in seclusion in a locked unit with a caged courtyard.
