Biden is asked about re-appropriate the BORDER FUNDS

President Joe Biden: "So if we try to ask Congress to consider changing the law to re-appropriate. Say don't use it for other purposes, there can be more border agents. Give me more technical capabilities to take fentanyl like that's what I want."
