Severe storms slam Texas and Oklahoma with flooding, hail and powerful winds

From flash floods turning roads into rivers to hail smashing windows to winds sending debris flying, severe thunderstorms had a multitude of impacts as they tore through Texas and Oklahoma on Oct. 4.
