Giant pandas in US Zoo return to China in Dec as exchange agreement ends
Kelsey Lambert and her mother, Alison, traveled from San Antonio to see the National Zoo's giant pandas, Mei Xiang, Tian Tian, and Xiao Qi Ji, before they return to China in December, marking the end of a 50-year-old exchange agreement. Kelsey, aged 10, was thrilled by the experience, fulfilling a promise her mother had made.
