Watch as a silly pup aims to catch his owner, Marie Fagerli Harila, off-guard by attempting to hop on her back.
However, he fails to account for the couch between them, resulting in a hilarious face-first SPLAT!
"I was filming a video for TikTok, and as I went to sit down on the couch, my dog tried to jump over from the back," the filmer wrote online. "He failed and face-planted in the back of the couch."
Following the humbling experience, the doggo does the smart thing and goes around the couch to join Marie.
