Bob van Dijk has stepped down as CEO of Naspers and Prosus, two global technology investment firms. He had served as CEO of Naspers since 2014 and of Prosus since 2019. Van Dijk will remain a consultant to both companies until September 2024 to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Ervin Tu will assume the interim CEO role for both Naspers and Prosus. The companies said their strategic goals and commitments remain unchanged following the leadership change.
