Over 60k drivers get fuel aid, Jeepney fare hike likely by year end - says LTFRB
LTFRB Technical Division Head Joel Bolano says that over 60,000 public utility vehicle (PUV) operators nationwide have received their fuel subsidies as of posting time. He said the LTFRB would continue to distribute subsidies to all qualified beneficiaries. Bolano said a hearing for the PUJ fare hike is set on Sept. 26, 2023.
