Specifically, Biden is seeking $13.1 billion
for Ukraine's military, $8.5 billion for humanitarian purposes and $2.3 billion for financing to entice donors via the World Bank.
Zelensky also visited Washington in
December of 2022 to speak before Congress.
At the time, he thanked the U.S. for its help in funding Ukraine's war effort against Russia.
