Super Typhoon 'Saola' floods streets in southern China

Super Typhoon 'Saola' is bringing strong winds and floods to Shanwei City in southern China. It could be the most powerful storm in decades to hit the area. China's weather agency warned that Saola might become the strongest typhoon to hit the Pearl River Delta since 1949, which includes Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangdong province.
