Occurred on August 20, 2023 / Ocean City, Maryland, USA: "Tuna fishing off Ocean City, Maryland. Hooked up to yellowfin tuna, got it to the boat, and almost on deck. Tuna did a head shake, pulled off the gaff, spit the hook, and swam off!"
