Hurricane Idalia expected to become the first major hurricane to ever hit Florida's Big Bend

Hurricane Idalia is rapidly strengthening and, by Wednesday morning, is expected to be at least a Category 3 hurricane when it makes a historic landfall near Cedar Key.
