Warming up with 140½lb on Side Step Ups seemed like a good idea, and it most certainly was! Finishing each rep on the 2nd round by driving up the 2nd leg wasn't planned: it just seemed to happen of its own accord. The first leg gets a very strong contraction in the Quads: more intense than expected. The stump is 16" tall and, as you can see, a bit unstable! God Bless!
