3sets of triples with 187½lb and 3 sets of doubles with 237½lb. The chains add 39½lb to the bar and are great for teaching/forcing me to accelerate all the way through. I also focused on SITTING straight back down instead of lowering over my legs. This was B-I-G at getting that upright 'squatting the weight up' groove. I wish you could know how good these felt!
