Cadillac has unveiled its first all-electric model, the 2025 Escalade IQ, with a starting price of $130,000. The luxury SUV boasts a 450-mile range and can provide up to 100 miles in 10 minutes of charging on 350-kW DC stations. The Escalade IQ features two electric motors offering 680 horsepower in normal mode, which can be boosted to 750 in Velocity Max mode. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than five seconds when in Velocity Max mode. Production of the 2025 Escalade IQ is set to begin next summer at GM's Factory Zero assembly center in Detroit. The SUV comes at a starting price of around $130,000, including destination charges. It will join the ranks of other electric behemoths like the Hummer, Silverado, GMC Sierra Denali, and Ram 1500 EVs on the roads.
