‘Habagat’ to bring rain showers, thunderstorms to parts of extreme Northern Luzon

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may continue to affect some areas of extreme Northern Luzon due to the southwest monsoon, or “habagat,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday, Aug. 8. (Video Courtesy of DOST-PAGASA)
