The King of the Ashanti, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Asantehene, is asking, if the world of science has discovered and found the appropriate treatment for post-traumatic stress syndrome - can the same be done for what he calls post emancipation or post-colonial psychosis?
The Asantehene spoke about the continuing of the slave trade from Africa and the end of it nearly 190 years ago during a lecture he gave as he wound up his historic trip to Trinidad and Tobago.
