Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Saturday (July 29) said last-minute changes in candidates contesting in the state polls are a normal process.
The Pakatan Harapan chairman added that the changes involving candidates from his party (PKR) would be carried out after seeing that there is a need to do so.
