An ABC regional investigation can reveal the Queensland government was warned of critical water treatment failures more than a year before lead was discovered in water in an aboriginal community. Lead up to 12 times safe levels has been detected in tap water at the school, health services and some houses at Yarrabah, in far north Queensland.
