US soldier crosses into North Korea after jail time
An American soldier named Travis King, who served about two months in a South Korean jail for alleged assault, crossed the heavily fortified border into North Korea without permission. He did this intentionally and is now believed to be in North Korean custody. The United Nations Command is cooperating with North Korea's military to resolve the situation.
