Delcy Rodríguez arrives in Brussels to participate in CELAC-EU Summit

The executive vice president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived on Sunday in Brussels, Belgium, to participate in the III Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States-European Union (CELAC-EU).
