Tropical Depression Dodong maintained its strength as it moved north-northwestward over the northwestern Cagayan Area on Friday, July 14.
In its latest 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) spotted "Dodong" in the vicinity of Allacapan, Cagayan, moving north-northwestward at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour (kph).
