Prehistoric predators go to auction at Sotheby's New York
Two rare prehistoric creatures are set to captivate bidders at Sotheby's auction house at the end of July. Dating back more than 83 million years, these remarkable specimens include a flying Pteranodon and a sea creature known as the Plesiosaur. It is believed that the Plesiosaur may have been the inspiration behind the Loch Ness Monster.
