Apartment, townhouse owners see strata fees almost double

Apartments and townhouses make up nearly 30 per cent of homes in Australia, and some owners like Richmond resident Andrea Gaze are feeling blindsided as their strata bills rise by up to 45 per cent in the past year alone.
