Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who arrived in Cairo on June 24 after concluding a high-profile state visit to the US at the invitation of President Joe Biden, was received at the airport by Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly. PM Modi's visit was the first bilateral one to Egypt by an Indian premier in 26 years (after IK Gujral).
