Two Chinese officials, whose educational positions are similar to that of our New York State Commissioner of Education, are seen here visiting music classes at the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. Two education officials from China, Dr. Zhou Nan-Zhao and Dr. Zhao Li, spent the day visiting numerous Buffalo Public Schools.
