The Director of Highways and the Minister of Works are again appealing to residents in communities inundated by flood waters or in the process of mopping up operations, not to take matters into their own hands.
They referred specifically to residents in the Woodland area interfering with the river banks.
They were speaking with Tv6 on Wednesday.
