Usually, employees with support from their Trade Unions take their employers to Court. Well, the tables have turned, as a former TSTT employee has taken the Communications Workers Union to Court.
The man alleges there was a lack of representation. Meanwhile, the CWU reveals that it is presently representing the same man in a matter at the Industrial Court against TSTT.
