The kettlebell snatch is the Tsar of KB Lifts, fast & nasty, grueling and challenging. Have you tried the Secret Service Snatch Test. Not for the faint of heart, it consists of non-stop snatching for 10 consecutive minutes, switching arms as necessary. You will almost certainly have to take multiple mini breaks, with goal being 200 in the 10 minute time limit, with a challenging weight. No 3 lb. pink or lilac dumbells allowed!. Here is Dan's take.
