Quite literally a red KTM. Project bike guru Jay Clark took the orange out of this 2023 KTM 350 XC-F and added some hop-up parts to increase its performance.

It seems like it was just yesterday we were testing a 2019 KTM 350 XC-F project bike built by Jay Clark. Time flies, and that was four years ago when the Austrian manufacturer’s cross-country racers entered a new generation that would last through 2022.
Those off-road competition bikes were overhauled again in 2023 and are much different than their predecessors. Clark sought to improve the all-new platform with calculated engine and suspension modifications, combined with some aftermarket ergonomic items to suit his preferences and make it more trailworthy.
“For this build, we kept it very simple with minimal engine mods,” Clark said. “The engine on the new 2023 KTM 350 XC-F is great and just adding a Vortex ECU mapped by Twisted Development makes it even more amazing. A Rekluse TorqDrive clutch pack was installed to help clutch durability and performance, as well as a stock KTM two-stroke air filter cage without the backfire screen...
