After over a decade of working on my Bent Press, it wasn't recently trying the Kneeling Bent Press variation that I was able to finally fix an issue l've had since DAY ONE! Hallelujah! After warming up with a Lou Ferrigno 50lb plate and an Ivanko 75lb Pancake plate, I hit a small PR with a Strong Barbell 102,5lb plate. My shoulders are both messed up from stunts l did as a kid. I never know if my inabilities are the damage from those years or just something l haven't figured out yet. I didn't KNOW this variation was gonna help, l just wanted to see what it had to offer. This variation forces my right arm into the position l've NEVER been able to get. So, always remember: you're just ONE lift away from fixing YOUR training problem! God Bless!
