Finance Minister Katy Gallagher has come under sustained questioning about the extent of what she knew regarding Brittany Higgins rape allegation before it became public. The Senator has today addressed parliament insisting she has not misled parliament and she's also been asked a series of questions by the Opposition. While the Prime Minister has accused the coalition of trying to shift blame for the mishandling of Ms Higgins' allegation.
