On Tuesday the High Court will hear a habeas corpus writ brought on behalf of the 21-year-old Venezuelan woman who said she was raped and beaten by coast guard officers at the Heliport in Chaguaramas.
There is a push by the woman's Attorneys to have her removed from the care of the Immigration Division.
