Beijing blames US 'provocation' for fighter jet incident over South China Sea

Beijing blames Washington's "provocative and dangerous actions" for an incident last week when a Chinese plane performed what the US called an "unnecessarily aggressive maneuver" near an American surveillance aircraft over the South China Sea.
