Chief Constable Sir Iain Livingstone says there 'might be' racist and sexist police officers in the force who 'should not be' in policing. Addressing a meeting of the Scottish Police Authority (SPA) on Thursday, the Police Scotland chief constable said there shouldn't be 'any tolerance' for institutional discrimination and racism in the system.
