In a stunning new development, the Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira charged with leaking a trove of U.S. classified intelligence was allegedly caught improperly handling military secrets on three occasions multiple times by superiors prior to his arrest, according to new court documents. These new filings come as Teixeira is due for a detention hearing.
