Truckers protest at PPA against controversial monitoring system and storage facility
Members of the Alliance of Concerned Truck Owners (ACTO) protest in front of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 against the implementation of the Trusted Operator Program-Container Registry Monitoring System (TOP-CRMS) and the Empty Container Storage Shared Service Facility (ECSSSF). The ACTO said the system won't solve port congestion, the problem of of container deposit, lack of empty space and smuggling.
