Over 1,000 Victorian homes considered 'unhealthy' for occupants as temperatures plummet

It's no secret Victorians experience some biting cold winters, with many thermally insufficient homes creating serious health risks. A new program is helping warm up a thousand homes and saving participants up to $1,000 over the cold season.
