Prime Minister Dr. Keith Christopher Rowley is now the recipient of an honorary Doctor of Letters from Howard University. He was one of seven dignitaries upon whom the title was conferred, among them, President of the United States, Joe Biden.., who made special mention of Dr. Rowley during his acceptance speech.
