Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Thursday joined several dignitaries including the British High Commissioner to Kenya Jane Marriott, heads of delegation from Ethiopia and Somalia in launching the Kenya-Somalia-Ethiopia borderlands project in Mandera County.
