Russia is apparently "afraid" of the expected Ukrainian counter-offensive. This was confirmed by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). Earlier, the head of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, claimed that as soon as the weather in Bakhmut improves, Ukraine will start its offensive against Russia.
