On the anniversary of the war: Ukraine probably planned attack on Moscow

Ukraine apparently planned an attack on the Russian capital Moscow on the first anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by the "Washington Post" and refers to classified documents of the foreign intelligence service NSA.
