Original Style(OS) means the legs are locked straight from start to finish. Why should you do this regardless of grip spacing?? Builds Hamstring mobility. Builds power in the Erectors by having to lift the Torso with Lower Back power alone: no help from bent kegs. I am pulling to the Sternum to work Rear Delts & Mid Traps and Rhomboids. Not using a Hook Grip so the grip is getting worked too. Lotsa good going on here with 135lb & 185lb. Notice that w/135lb my Torso is actually angled DOWN! When's the last time you seen that??
