Terrified citizens flee Khartoum as warring generals declare a ceasefire in Sudan

Terrified citizens used a temporary ceasefire to flee Sudan's capital Khartoum. The World Health Organization estimates 174 civilians have been killed in a battle for control of the country being waged by rival generals.
