Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley made a major announcement on behalf of the Caricom Heads of Government today after Caricom's two-day Regional Symposium on violence as a public health issue.
The Caricom leaders have decided to undertaken a ban on assault weapons in the respective countries.
But what does that mean those countries, including Trinidad and Tobago?
