Calls for universal pre-school for all SA 3-year-olds

All South Australian three-year-olds would get 15 hours of pre-school a week under a a nation-leading plan to reform the early learning sector. The recommendations from a State Royal Commission headed by former Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
